Kumbara has been known for paying special attention to the storage and food preparation, as well as constant control and maintenance of the quality of the procurement of the raw ingredients.
Kumbara has a long tradition of producing its own products, such as minced beef meat, sausages and smoked meat. Kumbara also has its own bakery and pastry shop where our qualified staff prepares the pastry and cakes using recipes have been passed down for generations.
The story about Kumbara's famous chef Mile, tells a lot about the quality of our food. Chef Mile has worked as an executive chef in Kumbara for a long time. President Tito often sent his private plane so chef Mile could bring Kumbara's package of minced meat to Brioni Island where Mile prepared a variety of specialties for Tito himself.
Kumbara has always made sure that the team of employees consists of trained professionals who can provide top quality service due to their experience. Within Kumbara's team we have educated event managers who can organize any type of event or promotion and make sure that everything prior agreed on is fulfilled.

Kumbara has organized a great number of weddings and wedding celebrations, and due to its long years of tradition it became one of the best restaurants for these kinds of events.
